How long does it take to ship my order?

Postage costs

  • Shipping costs within the Netherlands are free above 40 euros.
  • Shipping costs under 40 euros are € 3.95
  • The shipping costs for Belgium are also € 3.95
  • You will receive a Track & Trace from us, so that you can always track your package.
  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM on workdays will be shipped the same day.
  • Your order will be processed by us as soon as payment has been received. (unless you have opted for post-payment).

Of course, due to busy times at PostNL, public holidays or bad weather conditions, there may be a slight delay in delivery.

PostNL does everything it can to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. Below are the delivery times that we have agreed in the contract with PostNL.

In most cases, orders are delivered the next day after packing. Of course, delays may occur at PostNL. This is why we cannot guarantee delivery on the exact next day.

What we can guarantee is that our mail will go with PostNL's business mail and will therefore take priority over private mail.

What if the delivery time is not met?

In 97% of cases, everything goes well and PostNL delivers the packages within the promised delivery time. This also means that in 3% of cases the package is not delivered within the promised delivery time.

If your package has not been delivered within the promised delivery time, we ask you to be patient. In most cases, the package is delayed at the PostNL distribution center.

PostNL's guideline is that they try to deliver delayed packages within 5 working days after the promised delivery date. If you have not received your package, we kindly ask you to wait 5 working days.

If you are not completely confident that your package will still be delivered or that the period of 5 working days has expired, please feel free to contact us. Together with PostNL we will do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

How is my order shipped?

We pack a large part of our orders in a letterbox package. The delivery person will (in most cases) deliver your package to the letterbox, so you do not have to stay at home for this.

If you have ordered multiple products or an order that does not fit through the letterbox, the order will be sent via parcel post. Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive the package.

Are you (unexpectedly) not at home? The delivery person will then leave a note in the mailbox with the next action. The delivery person has two options: deliver the package to the neighbors or deliver the package to a collection point where you can pick up the package the next day.

Can I also track my order via Track & Trace?

This is certainly possible! All shipments within the Netherlands and Belgium are provided with a Track & Trace code. You will receive your personal code by email after we have processed your order. PostNL needs time to activate the Track & Trace code. The same evening or the next morning at the latest, you can see where your package is and when the delivery person expects to deliver it to you.

If your Track & Trace code indicates that the order has been delivered, but you have not yet received anything, do not worry. In most cases, the order will be delivered at a later time. If you have any doubts about the delivery, please feel free to contact us.
