How do I return a product?
- You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. (provided the product is in unopened condition)

- After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs.

- Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are for your own account. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package, consult the carrier's website for the exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.

To exercise this right, you can contact us at info@fairfume.nl . We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

    If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.

    Exchange product?
     - Do you want to exchange your product? That is not a problem at all. You can contact info@fairfume.nl for this.

    You will, however, bear the costs of returning the product yourself.

     - Accidentally provided an incorrect delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.

    You can return the package prepaid to: Klein Baal 41C , 6685 AC Haalderen | Fairfume Netherlands

    For the correct postage costs, you can visit a PostNL or DHL service point, for example.

    Keep your proof of shipment and track and trace until we have successfully received it (we will send you an email about this)
