When will my order be delivered?
- Ordered before 4:00 PM on workdays = shipped the same day!
Track and trace
- After we have packed and shipped your order, you will receive a track and trace link by email so that you can see when your package is expected to be delivered.
Expected delivery time
- Ordered before 4:00 PM on a working day? Then you can normally expect your package at home the next working day.
Delay
- We do everything we can to ensure that you receive your order at home as quickly as possible! Unfortunately, in some cases your order may be delayed...
- We advise you to wait 1 or 2 days, but feel free to contact us so that we can take a look with you!

Can i cancel my order?
- Yes, no problem! Always contact us first so that we can look for the most suitable solution! 🙂
Return conditions:
- within 14 days of purchase
- product is returned in unopened condition

- tell us why you want to return the item
Please note: returns are at your own expense.
You can hand in the item at a PostNL parcel point near you. Always keep the shipping receipt in a safe place until we have received and processed the item.
